Athangudi Golden Tiles provides handcrafted decorative tiles and related services including custom design, installation, restoration, and consulting. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
All prices listed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or installation costs unless explicitly stated. A formal written quote is required before any order is confirmed.
Custom tile orders are made to specification and are non-refundable once production has begun. Slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are inherent to handcrafted tiles and are not considered defects. Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and demand.
We ship tiles carefully packaged throughout the continental United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and order size. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Unused, undamaged standard collection tiles may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders cannot be returned. Damaged tiles must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace damaged tiles at no additional cost.
Installation services are provided by our trained and certified team. All installations include a 5-year workmanship warranty. The client is responsible for ensuring the installation site is accessible and properly prepared. Additional charges may apply for site preparation, demolition of existing tiles, or other unforeseen conditions.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and tile patterns, is the intellectual property of Athangudi Golden Tiles and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athangudi Golden Tiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
